2. Quotes and Bookings

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is subject to confirmation upon booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is ready for transport, including:

• Ensuring the vehicle is in a safe and drivable condition (unless booked as non-running).
• Removing personal items from the vehicle.
• Providing accurate collection and delivery details.

4. Liability

While we strive to ensure a smooth transport process, Moving Again is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or the services of third-party carriers, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy and the policies of the assigned carrier.
